Microsoft Remote Server Administration Tools (RSAT) for Vista

I just installed Service Pack 1 for Vista (x64) – Although I am happy with the service pack so far, I am upset that we were told that the Remote Server Administration Tools (RSAT) would be available for them.  This of course was not the case, and I have looked hi and low for the tools and they are nowhere to be found.

If anyone knows where they are, or at least WHEN they will be available I would appreciate a comment.
